Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, CMP Controls is a manufacturer and distributor of lighting and power control systems. A wholly owned subsidiary of the CMP Group of Companies, CMP Controls acquired Tridonic’s Australian manufacturing business in late 2013. In 2014 and 2015, CMP Controls also acquired Tridonic’s Fuerstenfeld plant in Austria and Tridonic New Zealand.
Tridonic has a history dating back more than 50 years and has become a company renowned for creating outstanding products and services relating to lighting and power control systems. Through an active partnership of almost two decades, CMP acquired Tridonic’s Manufacturing businesses in Australia, Austria and New Zealand with the clear vision of preserving Tridonic’s values of producing the highest quality lighting and power control systems.
